PODIATRY FOR ALL
One of the most important parts of the body is our feet, because on them depends our ability to move and perform most of the activities of our daily life.
In many occasions, due to the type of work we have, the footwear we use, the sport we practice or simply at a certain age (because the feet also age) injuries or pathologies such as corns, corns, bunions, incarnated nails (nails), etc. may appear, limiting the capacity and freedom of movement.
For this reason, it is recommended at least once a year to visit a specialist, who in this case will be the chiropodist, to both treat and prevent the problems that may have arisen.
Prevency is of vital importance in children, where there is still the capacity of correction, in order to avoid that in the adult age the alterations that may already exist have major impact on their feet and on rest of their bodies.
Do not forget that the feet are the pillar on which our knees , our hips and our back are supported, and therefore, any problem affecting any of these areas will affect our feet and vice versa.
